Project questions
The points clients ask us about most.
These answers are general. The written proposal and contract set the specific position for your project.
Yes, selected UK projects can be delivered for EU-based owners, investors or business clients. We can also consider work connected with EU locations where the scope, local legal requirements, logistics and appropriate local specialists can be agreed.
Yes. We support private homeowners and landlords as well as companies, property professionals and development clients. Consumer and business terms may differ, and the written proposal identifies which basis applies.
No. Website prices are indicative starting points to help with early planning. A quotation or estimate is prepared after we understand the property, scope, specification, access and programme. Your written proposal explains the price basis.
A site review is normally appropriate for building and finishing work. Some early feasibility conversations can begin from drawings, photographs or a written brief, but the information required depends on the service and project stage.
If you request a change, or if previously concealed conditions affect the agreed work, we explain the impact on price and time. Changes should be confirmed in writing before the related work proceeds wherever reasonably possible.
The client remains responsible for ensuring the project has the permissions, consents and specialist design it requires unless our written proposal expressly includes coordinating a particular item. Planning, Building Regulations, party-wall, landlord and other requirements vary by project.
The payment schedule is set out in the written proposal and may include a deposit, staged payments and a final balance. The structure reflects project size, materials and programme. We do not ask you to rely on website wording instead of your quotation.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, you may make an express request for work to begin during that period. If you later cancel, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for services supplied up to cancellation. Full details are on our Cancellation Rights page.
Please contact us promptly so we can understand the issue and review the relevant scope and records. Our terms explain the complaint route, applicable remedies and escalation options. Nothing on the site limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
