Our role is to make building completion, fit-out and project activity easier to understand and manage. We begin with the real property, the information available and the outcome the client is trying to achieve. From there, the scope, price basis, responsibilities and programme are set out in writing.
We do not use the website to make blanket promises about a project we have not seen. The right method, team and contract structure depend on the job.
